We welcome children starting from 5 years of age. Our Little Tigers beginner curriculum is specially structured to develop coordination, listening focus, balance, and motor skills in a fun and disciplined environment.
Official belt promotion grading ceremonies are held quarterly (every 3 months). Students are evaluated by certified examiners on their attendance, technical execution of stances and poomsae forms, sparring rules, and character development.
Yes! All Black Belt degrees awarded at N.R. Sinha Taekwondo Institute are directly registered and certified through Kukkiwon (The World Taekwondo Headquarters in Seoul, South Korea), ensuring permanent international recognition.
No prior experience or physical conditioning is needed. Our beginner adult classes progress gradually, helping you build stamina, core flexibility, practical self-defense, and confidence safely at your own pace.
New students can attend their initial trial classes in comfortable sportswear (t-shirt and track pants). Once enrolled, students are fitted with our official N.R. Sinha Taekwondo Dobok (uniform) and white belt.
Safety is our highest priority. Sparring practice is carefully supervised by certified referees and instructors. Full protective safety gear—including head guards, trunk protectors, shin guards, forearm guards, and mouthpieces—is strictly enforced.
Selected athletes who demonstrate high attendance, tactical discipline, and competitive spirit are invited to our High-Performance Squad. They receive specialized sparring drills and are officially represented at District, State, and National WT championships.
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on empowering women and girls across Nipani. We offer regular classes as well as dedicated women self-defense workshops focusing on situational awareness and practical escape techniques.
Students must complete a minimum of 24 training sessions per quarter and receive coach sign-off on their syllabus checklist before being recommended for a colored belt promotion examination.
Parents are welcome to observe from our designated seating gallery during scheduled open days and grading ceremonies, ensuring zero distraction to the instructors and students on the training mat.
Students can attend a compensatory session at any of our 5 training centers in Nipani during the same week with prior notice to their branch coach.
All enrolled students receive a unique Student ID (e.g., NTI-2026-0008) and can log in to our dedicated Student Portal to view their syllabus techniques, grading scorecards, and upcoming event registrations.
